Warranty registration
To register for the Golden Warranty from the Mobile Shop for free, please read the following items and register the required information
This is an approved warranty for the mobile phone shop product protection package (bfull D30), and it is valid for one year on the front screen from the date of purchase.
The warranty includes breaking the front screen only, excluding the illuminated edges and the internal screen.
The warranty does not include damage or breakage resulting from misuse.
The guarantee is obtained through the Al Jawal Shop website www.aljawalshop.com and by following the steps on the guarantee registration page and entering the information required to register the guarantee.
A copy of the purchase invoice and information about the device will be uploaded to the warranty page within a maximum period of 72 hours from the time of purchase of the product.
The presence of the product on the device to benefit from the warranty or compensation is a basic condition.
Compensation is made through the Al Jawal Shop website www.aljawalshop.com warranty recovery page.
Compensation is made within a maximum period of 15 working days when the required conditions are met and after passing the initial examination.
When the terms and conditions are met and the maintenance service cannot be provided, compensation will be made in the amount of 700 riyals.
